Guests may purchase an Equitrac "Cash Card" to be able to print from designated Guest devices. They can apply coins or bills to the funds on the card using an Equitrac "Cash Card" machine. he machine applies the money directly to the card and CCRI does not track these transactions. These cards should be treated as cash.
Guest Printing in Library
- Pint fo the FollowYou printer queue.
- Enter your name or something unique in the release key popup.
- Go to the Release Station PC next to the RICOH and Login with the Release Code you entered above. Select your print job(s) listed.-- a cost preview is available, enter the Cash Card into he Printer card reader, jobs will print and value will be deducted from the cash card.
- Press button on card reader to release Cash Card and complete transaction.
Guest Copy in Library
- Purchase and enter Cash Card into Copier reader.
- Press button on card reader to release Cash Card and complete transaction.
Issues with Card Machines or Printers
Guests that have issues with the card machine or the printer, should inform the library staff near the machine of the problem. The library staff will be able to direct them to the Bursar for further assistance.
