How to add an Attachment to a ticket

1.) First, you will need to start out by creating your desired ticket. 

2.) Add appropriate information to the ticket. 

3.) Under the Description box you will observe the Attachment option, Click on the Browse button to search through your files to select the desired attachment.

4.) After selecting the desired file to attach and selecting "Open". The selected file will appear in the Attachment box.

5.) After attaching the document, you can finish the ticket with whatever other information you may need to add.
