1.) To assign a workflow, you will open the ticket that you need to assign the workflow too, and click on the "Actions" button. At the bottom of the drop down menu, select "Assign Workflow".

2.) After selecting "Assign Workflow", a new page will open allowing you to select your desired workflow within the provided drop down menu.

3.) After selecting the desired workflow, you will simply save the ticket and the new workflow will be assigned to the ticket.
