1.) Once a workflow is assigned to a ticket, you are able to either remove that workflow or reassign it.
2.) To reassign a workflow, you will need to click the "Actions" button and then select reassign workflow. This will open a page allowing you to select and reassign your workflow.


3.) To remove a workflow, refer to step one by clicking on the "actions" button, and simply select "Remove Workflow". Click Ok on the pop-up and the workflow should be removed.
