TeamDynamix offers a wide range of filters to narrow your searches and find exactly what you need. Here we demonstrate how to locate and use these filters to find exactly what you need.
1. Select the "Tickets" application from the menu bar.
2. Select the search bar icon to bring up recent ticket requests. This will also display the filter option.
3. Select the filter button, then locate the appropriate fields to filter your search.
4. Once you have filtered the results based on the criteria, click the green "Apply" button to apply the filters.
