Description: This article describes how students can email OneDrive and SharePoint files to their instructor.
How-to Steps:
- Go to ccri.edu and log into your student email account
- Click on "New message" in the top left of the webpage
- Click on the attachments icon (paperclip)
- Click on "Browse cloud locations"
- Locate the file you are going to send to your professor and select it making sure a blue check mark is next to the file name, then hit "Next"
- A window will pop up asking how you want to attach the file. Click "Attach as a copy" as well as selecting the option highlighted in the picture below
- Once attached, fill out the rest of the email and send it
You should now have successfully shared a file with your professor from OneDrive or SharePoint

- This also applies for when instructors share files with students. Just change out student info with instructor info.
