How-to Steps:

Part 1 - Login to MyCCRI

  1. Go to the CCRI home page and click on the "Login" drop-down menu in the top-right corner, then click on the MyCCRI link.
  2. When the Secure Login page appears, click on the "MyCCRI" link.
  3. Enter your CCRI user name and password, then click the "Sign in" button.
  4. When the Duo page appears, click "Send me a push."
  5. Open the Duo Mobile app on your smartphone and click the "Approve" green box.

Part 2 - After Logging into MyCCRI

  1. After logging in, click on the hamburger icon to open the Main Menu
  2. Click on Employee.
  3. Click on the Employee Dashboard button.
  4. Select the "My Profile" button underneath your name.
  5. Select the pencil icon next to the field that you are trying to update.
  6. The next screen will allow you to edit those fields, select the pencil icon below the field you wish to update or click the "Add New" if you wish to add multiple fields while keeping the previous ones. 
  7.  In the pop up for your phone edit your number accordingly or remove if you do not want it to display on the web. For your address. Address Line 1 is your office number and City is your campus. Edit accordingly and click update.

PLEASE NOTE: The information you update will not take effect until after 10:00 p.m. of the day that you updated the information. Please check the directory the following morning to see your changes.
