Technology Reservations for In-Classroom Use

Reservations for equipment can be made by completing the online Equipment Request Form. Please check our Technology in the Classrooms web page to view equipment available in each classroom.

Please make equipment and services requests at least two (2) business days in advance. Requests that are submitted on a Friday afternoon and over the weekend will be processed the following business day. Due to the high volume of usage, requests are honored on a first come, first served basis. Faculty are encouraged to make requests as soon as possible before the beginning of each semester. Cancellation of equipment reservations is appreciated when a class is cancelled or when the equipment is no longer needed.

Students who would like to use technology for classroom presentations should speak with their instructor to place an online Equipment Request Form on the student's behalf. Directions and video demonstrations are available on the Guides & Tutorials web page.

Technology Loans for Off-Campus Use

Portable equipment (such as laptops, projectors, audio recorders, video camcorders, audience response clickers, lecture capture microphones, and PowerPoint presenter remotes) are available for short-term loans that range from one (1) day to two (2) weeks.

Off-campus equipment loans are available for instructors. Borrowed equipment can be lent up to two (2) weeks and should be used for academic or college business purposes. Please reserve early as supplies are limited; two (2) business days' advance notice is recommended prior to scheduled use. Reservations for equipment can be made by completing the online Equipment Request Form.

Equipment must be picked up and returned by faculty or staff at the Classroom Technology - Media Services offices during regular hours of operation. Borrowers are required to complete a CCRI Equipment and Property Removal form when taking equipment off campus. Borrowers are responsible for any equipment lost or damaged while in their possession.
