Description: This article explains the steps to perform windows updates on the Library Loaner laptops.
Note: Before performing windows updates, please make sure to have the laptop connected to a power source and connected to the Wifi.
How-to Steps:
- Connect to the Wifi, and sign into the computer with your CCRI credentials.
- In the search bar next to the start button type "Software Center" then select Software Center
- Then select Updates tab
- Select Install All
- Some updates may require a restart. Select Restart Now
- Once the computer is back at the Login Screen from restarting, repeat steps 1 through 3 to make sure it says "No Items Found".
