This is how you make calls while working in the Webex app.
How-to Steps:
You can make a call from the Audio or Video icons wherever you are working within the Webex app.

Using the Soft Phone (Digital Phone)
- Go to the Calling tab:

- You can view call history to quickly call back a recently called or missed number or contact
- You can use the search bar to find a saved contact, CCRI staff/faculty, or dial a new number

- Click the Audio or Video icons to start either an audio call or video call

- Go to the Contacts tab

- You can view saved contacts
- Hover over a contact to send a message, start an Audio call, or start a Video call

Using a Desk Phone (Physical Phone)
- Go to the Calling tab

- If you have a desk phone connected to your Webex, you can switch between your Webex app and desk phone using the option under the keypad

- Select a contact to call or dial a number and the call will go through your desk phone.
If you do not have a desk phone connected to your Webex account, or your only device option is "My Computer", you will use the Digital Phone steps above.
