Description:
On a call and need to answer or make another call? With call forwarding, you don't have to hang up.
How-to Steps:
- While on a call, access the hold calling option by clicking the More button.
- When you're ready to resume your call, select Resume from the call in your spaces list.
- If you're calling from a desk phone, simply press the Hold button. Press Hold again to resume the call.
