Webex: Resetting Your Voicemail PIN

Description:

This how you reset your Webex Voicemail PIN to access your voicemail messages and this is used to sign into the Webex desk phones.

How-to Steps:

1. Go to: https://user.webex.com/
2. Login with your CCRI email address
3. In the User Hub, Go to Settings (this is arrow 1. in the image below)
4. Then, click Calling (this is arrow 2. in the image below)
5. Finally, click Voicemail (this is arrow 3. in the image below)
6. Under the Voicemail settings, click the Reset Voicemail PIN button (this is arrow 4. in the image below)
7. Follow the requirements listed to create a new PIN
