When the pc monitor is displaying an image but the projector isn't You may want to try these steps. Check the KVM and press the number "1" button. On the PC hold down the Windows key and hit the P key and set it to duplicate. Check on the projector that it is on the right input, Sony projectors are on Input-A and Epson projectors are on Computer 1.

Description: The PC monitor is displaying an image, but the projector has a blue screen and/or reports “no signal.”
How-to Steps:
- Press the button labeled 1 on the KVM (labeled KVM) controller.
- Press the Win+P keys together on the keyboard.
- A pop-up window will appear, click "Duplicate".
- Make sure that the correct input is selected by pressing "Input" on the projector remote.
- Sony Projectors: Input-A is correct for most rooms. NOTE: The Troubleshooting Guide affixed to the desk in the room will specify if it’s otherwise.
- Epson Projectors: Computer 1 is correct for most rooms.
