Why am I getting timed out from MyCCRI?

Description: MyCCRI is currently set to time out after 15 minutes of inactivity. This was established to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to data from a MyCCRI session that was left logged in on a public computer. This process is similar to what you might experience with an online banking service.

To change the length of time for a session:

  • Log into your MyCCRI account
  • In the upper left corner, click on My Account
  • Under Change Timeout click the down arror and select a timeout time.
