Description: CCRI has a tool that allows you change your CCRI password on your own if you know your previous password, or if your account is still set to the default format password.
How-to Steps:
- Open the Self Service Password Management Tool and ensure that Change Password is selected in the sidebar.
- Enter your CCRI username and current password then click Change Password.
- At this time you will be prompted to enter a new password. Your new password must have at least 14 characters and consist of both upper case, lower case letters, numbers or special characters. To avoid being timed out, think of password before proceeding to this page.
- After successfully resetting your password, click Go to Secure Login to ensure that you can login to your MyCCRI account using your new password.
