How-to Steps:

1. Log into O365 email from the CCRI homepage
2. Click the gear icon in the top-right of the browser to open the settings tab.
3. 
4. Click “view all outlook settings [ ]” on the bottom of the tab
5. Click MAIL in the settings tab (far left).
6. Click Rules
7. Determine which rules you do not want and delete them by clicking the trash can next to the rule.
