Webex: Turning on Do Not Disturb
Summary
If you're busy and don't want to be disturbed, you can silence incoming calls with the Do Not Disturb feature. When enabled, callers hear the busy treatment. You can also enable a ring reminder to play a brief tone on your desk phone when you receive an incoming call while on Do Not Disturb.

If you're busy and don't want to be disturbed, you can silence incoming calls with the Do Not Disturb feature. When enabled, callers hear the busy treatment. You can also enable a ring reminder to play a brief tone on your desk phone when you receive an incoming call while on Do Not Disturb.
How-to Steps:
- Go to: https://user.webex.com/
- Login with your CCRI email address
- In the User Hub, Go to Settings
- Then, click Calling
- Finally, click Call Settings
- Go to Do Not Disturb and turn on the toggle.
- Select Allow ring reminder on your Cisco IP phone if you want to be notified by a sound when a call comes in.
- If you'd like calls to go directly to voicemail, when Do Not Disturb is enabled, you must enable the When busy treatment in the Voicemail Settings area. For more information on how to configure voicemail settings, see: Webex: Creating a Custom Voicemail Message
