Description: Why am I getting a "Time Out or Session Expired" error?
You may get a 'Time Out' or 'Session Expired' message while working in MyCCRI for one of the following reasons:
- Security level too high
- Firewall settings
- Browser may need updates
- Cookies are NOT enabled
To resolve the "Time Out' or 'Session Expired" error message:
- Change the security level in the browser from High to Medium, restart the browser
- Temporarily disabling your firewall
- Install the latest browser updates on the computer
- Enable cookies within the browser
