How do I enable cookies in my browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and Safari)?

Description: Enabling Cookies in browser.

Internet Explorer

  • Click the tools button, and then click "Internet Options".
  • Click the "Privacy" tab, Click "Default" button if it is available.
  • Click the "OK" button.
  • Close this window and restart the browser.

Firefox

  • Click the menu button and choose Options.
  • Select the Privacy panel. Set "Firefox will" to "Use custom settings for history".
  • Check the "Accept cookies from sites" checkbox to enable cookies, and uncheck it to disable 

Chrome

  • Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
  • Select "Settings".
  • Click "Show advanced settings".
  • In the "Privacy" section, click "Content settings" button.
  • Search the "Cookies" option.
  • Enable "Allow local data to be set (recommended)". Click "Done" button.
  • Close the Settings tab and "refresh (F5)" the page.

Safari

  • Pull down the Safari menu, select "Preferences".
  • In the Preferences window, select the Security icon.
  • Next to "Accept Cookies", click to select "Always".
  • Click Close and restart the browser.
