Time Out or Session Expired Error Messages

Description: Why am I getting a "Time Out or Session Expired" error?

You may get a 'Time Out' or 'Session Expired' message while working in MyCCRI for one of the following reasons:

  • Security level too high
  • Firewall settings
  • Browser may need updates
  • Cookies are NOT enabled

To resolve the "Time Out' or 'Session Expired" error message:

  • Change the security level in the browser from High to Medium, restart the browser
  • Temporarily disabling your firewall
  • Install the latest browser updates on the computer
  • Enable cookies within the browser
