Go to your Zoom.us profile and click on Recordings, then click on the specific recording you would like to share.
At the right of the page, click the icon that says “Share”
This window will pop up with options to change some of the settings. You may leave them as they appear in the image below.
However, if you would like to change the pass code, or turn off the pass code option, you can do so at the bottom under “Pass code protection”.
To view the pass code, click the closed eye icon, to change the pass code, click the pencil icon and enter in your new pass code. To turn off the pass code protection, click the button on the right, if it appears grey it is now off.
At the bottom of the window, click the icon that says “Copy Sharing Information”
Once clicked, it will say “Copied”
You can now paste the link into an email and share it with others.
