Screen Sharing on Zoom Web Browser

Zoom gives you several options for sharing your screen in a session.

When your Zoom meeting loads, select the Share Screen icon in the bottom tool bar.

Now it's time to choose what content you would like to share. You have the option to share your Entire Screen, a Window, or a  Chrome Tab. Select what you would like to share. You can always start another share during the meeting if you have additional content.

Sharing Videos on Zoom

When sharing a video on Zoom, make sure "Share system audio" has a check mark next to it so the participants can hear the video. If selecting a video from a Chrome Tab, such as a You Tube video, select "Share Tab Audio".

While sharing a video your microphone will be disabled, you will be able to use it again after pausing or stopping the Share.

If you would like to share something else, select Stop Share,  go back to the bottom tool bar, click Share Screen, and select the new content you would like to share.

Advanced Sharing Options- If you click on the top corner arrow on the icon, you can access the Advanced Sharing Options. These options control who can share their screen during a session. Most often the host is the only one sharing, however if the session involves multiple presentations, this is where you can allow all participants to share their screens.
