To open the Zoom Dial Menu on the Crestron tablet which allows you to access meeting and visitor controls go to the “keypad” on the bottom of the tablet as shown below, then hit the number “1” on the touch screen.
This will bring up a menu as shown below and this is how you can do zoom controls using the Cisco unit. All settings will be controlled by using the keypad on the Crestron unit.
Now Press “2” on the Cisco tablet keypad to make sure the microphones are unmuted. If people attending the meeting remotely can’t hear you, this is likely the problem and you must do this step.
As you can see there are other controls that you can do by pressing the corresponding number, including further submenus such as the “Meeting Host Options” by hitting the keypad 7 as shown below.
Or you can go to “More Options” by pressing 0 which shows these following options.
From this sub menu there is 1 final page of “More Options” that you can get to by pressing 0 again as shown below.
While these settings are useful, it might be easier to change them from your personal laptop or the computer that you originally started the meeting from. It should only be necessary to use this menu to unmute the room microphones.
