Upgrade Instructions
Note: Before starting the upgrade process, please make sure you have checked the following:
All Office 2016 applications are closed this includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive.
Macbook computers should be connected to a charger.
Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
Open
Finder
on your Mac
Select
"Applications"
folder in the left sidebar of the
Finder
window
In the Applications list, open the application called
"Self Service"
by double clicking on it
After Self Service opens, Click on "
Microsoft
Office 2019
"
Click "
Install
"
Additional Information
The install should take about 10-20 minutes to complete.
The Applications included are:
Excel
OneDrive
OneNote
Outlook
PowerPoint
Word
