Zoom Meeting Settings – Email Notifications 

In order to enable or disable Zoom notifications that pertain a participant’s role within a Zoom meeting, the user will need to adjust their Zoom Settings. 

  1. Open Chrome or Firefox and go to Zoom.us 
  2. Sign in using the SSO sign-in method. Follow the prompts. 
  3.  Once signed in you will see your user profile, navigate to Settings
  4. Scroll down to the Email Notification options to enable/disable the desired email notifications: 

            a) When attendees join meeting before host. Notifies meeting Host

             b)When a meeting is cancelled. Notifies meeting Host

             c)When an alternate host is set or removed from a meeting. Notifies meeting Alternate Host(s). 

             d)When someone schedule a meeting for a host. Notifies meeting Host. 

NOTE: To disable the notification, turn the switch off. The icon will turn grey.
