Zoom In-Meeting File Sharing
To share a file with other participants in a meeting, use the in-meeting chat feature. Within chat, there is an option to transfer a file.
NOTE: Any participant who wishes to view and/or keep the file, will need to download it to their computer.
Accessing in-meeting chat

While in a meeting, click Chat in the meeting controls.

This will open the chat window. You can type a message into the chat box or click on the drop down next to To: if you want to send a message to a specific person.

3. When new chat messages are sent to you or everyone, a preview of the message will appear and Chat will flash orange in your host controls.
Using in-meeting file transfer

During a Zoom meeting, click Chat.

Click File, then click Your Computer to send a local file.

The following indication will be seen once the file is successfully sent.

When the file is sent, participants will see a notification and can click Download to download the file.
