DUO / How Users Add Account to DUO App

Description: An overview of how users add their account to the DUO mobile app after being added to the database.

Reminder: This part of the DUO process occurs AFTER their account has been added to the DUO database. 

How-to Steps:

  1. Client will receive a authentication text message to their mobile device as shown below: 
  2. After clicking the link in the text, it will open a web browser, select "Open".
  3. This will open the DUO mobile app, select "Continue".
  4. The option to name the account will now appear, select "Next".
  5. The name with auto-generate to either "CCRI" or their CCRI username. This can be kept as is, or changed if they wish to do so. 
  6. After naming and saving the account into the DUO mobile app, it will provide you with a "Account linked!" screen to show the authentication was successful. 
  7. After the account has been linked, it should now be viewable on the DUO mobile homepage as shown below: 
  8. Once you have finished adding your DUO account to the app and it looks like the screenshot above. Please attempt to sign in to your CCRI account and it should prompt you to use DUO for sign in.
