TDX / Creating a Ticket

Description: Creating a ticket on TeamDynamix means you’re formally logging a service request, incident, or change into your organization’s work management system. In simpler terms it means you fill out a form explaining what you need or what problem you’re having, and then someone from the Help Desk team will get back to you to help fix it.

Follow the steps below to ensure your ticket is created correctly:

  • At the top left of the screen you will see the Application Menu

  • Click the  icon to view all of the TDNext applications you have access to.

  • Click on the Tickets Application to open it in a tab

 

  • You can see several options along the top of your page, click  Service Request Form

  • In this new Service Request Form side-panel, you will fill out the required fields.
