1.) First you will need to select the ticket you want to merge into another. After selection, you will use the drop down menu to find and click on the "Merge into" button.

2.) After selecting "Merge Into" you will see the "Merge Service Request" page. On this page you will input the ticket number in which you would like to have your selected ticket merged into. After inputting the ticket number, you must select it, as it will drop down directly beneath the "To Ticket*" input box.

3.) Finally, you will select the appropriate options as you see fit, (Add Requestor as a Contact, Move Ticket Tasks, and Notify Responsible Resource). After checking the boxes that apply to you, you will simply hit the save button located in the top left of the ticket merge box, and the tickets will be merged.
