TDX / Updating a Ticket

Description: Updating a TeamDynamix ticket means modifying details of an incident, request, or task. Actions include adding comments, changing statuses (like “Open” to “In Progress”), attaching files, logging time, or noting solutions. Updates ensure transparency, collaboration, and tracking until resolution.

Follow these steps below to successfully update a ticket:

  • First, open the ticket you would like to update. 
  • Next, in the top of the ticket window, select Actions from the green tabs.

  • After clicking Actions, a drop down menu will appear and you can select Update
