TDX / Commenting on a Ticket

Description: Commenting on a ticket in TeamDynamix means adding a note or update to a service request, incident, or task. Depending on the settings, comments can be public (visible to the requester) or private (internal use only). Typically used for providing updates, documentation, informing the requester, or communication between colleagues. 

Follow the steps below to successfully comment on a ticket in TeamDynamix:

  • Open the ticket you would like to make a comment on
  • Next, scroll down until you see the Feed category. (Right below Description)
  • When you locate the Feed, look all the way to the right hand side of the ticket window for Comment

  • Click Comment, and you will now be prompted with this new text box to create your comment
