How to change the form on a TDX ticket

  • From the desktop of TDX go to tickets

 

  • Once tickets are open go to + Service Request Form

 

  • Now that Service Request Form is open proceed to Form *

 

  • Choose the choose the arrow for the drop down menu 

 

  • All the form options
