How to create and use a ticket template

Ticket templates

Ticket templates help you fill out tickets via TDNext. You can create and share templates and you can have many templates. To create a template, click the gear in the top right corner then “New Ticket Template.” Fill out all fields you would like populated when you apply the template. 

 

When you create a ticket, you will then be presented with a “Template” option and a list of all available tickets for that ticket classification
