What the Customer Sees

  1. Navigate to the CCRI IT Help Desk Portal.
  2. Locate the box titled “My Ticket Status” and select the green button.

  1. Here you can search and filter your ticket requests, as well as see previously requested tickets.

  1. Click on the title of the ticket to view more information.

  1. Take note of three sections: (1) Details, (2) Description, (3) Feed.
    1. The Details section lists relevant fields from the form such as the service being requested, the source of the request, as well as the date it was created and the date it was last modified.
    2. The Description section contains any text that would be listed under the description field when creating the ticket.
    3. The Feed section contains any public comments or updates that have been added to the ticket and allows the user to add comments or updates to the service request.
