Additional Notes
- We highly recommend using a backup authentication method as well to ensure you never lose access to your TouchNet account.
- If you need to reset your authenticator settings for TouchNet, please contact One Stop Student Services at 401-825-2003.
- While Google Authenticator is available as an option, CCRI does not support or endorse its use for verification purposes. We recommend using Microsoft Authenticator.
