Community Group Event Support

Description: Community groups can reserve college event spaces

  • Community groups can reserve college event spaces by contacting the Facilities Administration Office at 401-825-2015.
  • We strongly encourage community groups to get oriented with the equipment and the presentation space. Walk-through orientations can be arranged for events requiring multimedia projection, microphone and audio setup.
  • It is recommended that community groups provide their own AV technician to support their entire event. Questions concerning scheduled community events should be directed to the Facilities Use Coordinator.
