Add an Authorized User for Making a Payment

Description: Students can now authorize another person to access their account information and make payments on their behalf.

In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), student financial records may not be shared with a third party without the student's written consent. Authorized users DO NOT have access to the student's stored payment methods, academic records or other personal information.

*Please note that it is best to use Mozilla Firefox as your browser for Refunds and Payments.*

How-to Steps:

  1. Login to MyCCRI and click the My Account tab.

  2. In the "My Profile Setup" menu/section click Authorized Users.

  3. Once added, click Continue.

  4. The Agreement to Add Authorized User will appear. Click in the box in front of I Agree to accept the terms and then click the Continue button.

  5. The authorized user will receive 2 emails from One email will indicate that the authorized user has been given access to the student's online billing information. It will contain the link to the login page along with a login username. The second email contains the password for the account. Please note that if the authorized user loses the login information, the student will need to login to his or her account, delete the authorized user and then re-add the authorized user.
