eRefund Account Setup

Description: To have your refund deposited directly into your personal checking account, you need to complete the Refund Account Setup. *Refunds are made to Personal accounts only. No corporate accounts, i.e. credit cards, home equity, traveler's checks, etc.*

*Please note that it is best to use Mozilla Firefox as your browser for Refunds and Payments.*

How-to Steps:

  1. Login to MyCCRI and click Pay Now on the My CCRI Bill tile.

  2. In the header, click Refunds

  3. If you are not enrolled in Two-Step Verification, you will be directed to navigate to Security Settings to do so.

  4. Under Current Refund Method, click Set Up Account. To edit a current refund method, click the setting gear next to the payment method and click 'Update'.

  5. Follow the prompts to fill in your bank account information then click Continue

  6. Check the box next to 'I Agree' and click Continue.

  7. Your refund history will display below the Current Refund Method.
