How-to Steps:

Part 1 - Login to MyCCRI

  1. Go to the CCRI home page and click on the "Login" drop-down menu in the top-right corner, then click on the MyCCRI link.
  2. When the Secure Login page appears, click on the "MyCCRI" link.
  3. Enter your CCRI user name and password, then click the "Sign in" button.
  4. When the Duo page appears, click "Send me a push."

  5. Open the Duo Mobile app on your smartphone and click the "Approve" green box.

Part 2 - After Logging into MyCCRI

  1. After logging in, click on the "For Employees" tab
  2. In the "Employment Details" window, click on the "Enter or Update Your Campus Address" link.
  3. Update your campus address and/or phone number and then click enter.

PLEASE NOTE: The information you update will not take effect until after 10:00 p.m. of the day that you updated the information. Please check the directory the following morning to see your changes.
