HyFlex Audio/Video Settings for Collaborate

HyFlex Classroom - Selecting Audio and Video in Collaborate:

  • After launching the Blackboard Collaborate in Chrome or Firefox, make sure that the correct microphone, and webcam are selected. 
  • Select the MXL boundary microphone and the HuddleCam HD during the set-up process. 

 

  • AUDIO: In the Audio Test step, select Microphone -USB audio CODEC from the drop-down list to select the MXL boundary microphone. 

 

  • VIDEO: In the Video Test step, select HuddleCamHD from the dropdown list to select the webcam. 

 

  • Audio and Video options also appear at bottom of main screen.
