To be able to get the 64 Version of Zoom, you will need to uninstall Zoom for the computer first. Open the windows Search Bar and search “Control Panel”. You will then want to click on the “Control Panel” application.
You will then want to select “Uninstall a Program” under the “Programs” tab.
Note: if the “View By” is set to the “Large” or “Small” icon options, click on “Programs and Features”.
Then, you will want to select the Zoom program in the list and click “Uninstall” at the top of the window.
If you are prompted, asking if you are sure you would like to uninstall the application, select “Yes”.
To download the newest version of Zoom, open Chrome or Firefox and go to Zoom.us/download
Under the option Zoom Client for Meetings, click the blue download button.
Double click on the ZoomInstaller.exe file in the Downloads Tab below. It will open the Zoom Application on the computer.
Sign in using the SSO sign-in method. Follow the prompts.
Once signed in, you will have the newest 64-Bit version of Zoom.
