As a member of the CCRI community you have access to a licensed Zoom account. Make sure your default web browser is Chrome or Firefox.
If you'd like to download the Zoom Desktop Client for Meetings and the Zoom Plugin for Microsoft Outlook, go to the Zoom Resources page to do so.
When logging into Zoom via the desktop client or online at Zoom.us :
- Click on the "Sign in with SSO" icon
- The company domain is ccri.zoom.us
- Click continue, your browser will launch and prompt you to enter your CCRI credentials
- Once your log in is accepted, the Zoom app will launch.
If you had already created a basic account with your CCRI email prior to CCRI acquiring this license, you may be prompted to convert your account. Follow instructions as appropriate.
The Zoom app can also be downloaded for Android and iPhone. The Zoom add-in can be installed for O365 web mail as well( see instructions).
