Self Service FortiClient Installation, Setup, and Connection Guide (Mac)

Description: This guide provides step-by-step instructions for installing, setting up, and connecting to FortiClient on a MacBook to access CCRI systems.

FortiClient Installation Steps:

1. Navigate to Launchpad:

   • Sign into your MacBook using your CCRI credentials and navigate to the "Launchpad" navigation.

     • 

2. Search for Self Service:

   • Search for "Self Service" which will have a CCRI logo.

     • 

3. Select FortiClient Application:

   • Select "FortiClient" from the list of available applications.

     • 

4. Install FortiClient:

   • Select "Install" to begin the installation of FortiClient.

     • 

FortiClient Setup Steps:

1. Launch FortiClient:
   • After installing FortiClient, locate and launch it by accessing the same "Launchpad" as in Step 1.
     •

2. SAML Login:
   • Click on the "SAML Login" button and use your CCRI credentials to sign in.
     • 
   • Sign in using your CCRI credentials. Authenticate using DUO if setup for your account.
     • 

After entering your CCRI credentials, you should be presented with a screen that lists information such as your username and time connected to FortiClient.
