[Internal] Adobe Instructions for Self Service

Description: This guide outlines the steps for CCRI faculty and staff to install Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop via self-service on their CCRI-issued devices.

Adobe Creative Cloud Mac Self-Service Installation Steps:

  1. Open Self Service:
    • Open Self Service on your device and click on "Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop – Faculty and Staff."

  2. Install Adobe Creative Cloud:
    • Click "Install" to begin the installation process.

      • Click Install

  3. Sign In with CCRI Email:
    • After installation, a new Adobe Creative Cloud shortcut will appear on the desktop. Open it and sign in with your CCRI email address.

      • Sign In with CCRI Email

  4. Select Account Type:
    • Select "Company or School Account." If the only choice is "Personal Account," please contact IT support for account creation.

      • Select Account Type

  5. Complete Sign In Process:
    • Enter your CCRI credentials on the SSO screen and authenticate via Duo if applicable.

      • Complete Sign In

  6. Finalize Installation:
    • Once the installation is complete and you see the message that the app is ready to use, exit out of Self Service.

      • Finalize Installation

 

Installing Apps from Creative Cloud:

  1. Authenticate with Creative Cloud:

    • Open Creative Cloud and authenticate with your CCRI credentials and Duo if applicable. 

  2. Install Creative Cloud Apps:

    • You should now have various Creative Cloud programs available for download as shown below:
