Description: This guide outlines the steps for CCRI faculty and staff to install Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop via self-service on their CCRI-issued devices.
Open Self Service on your device and click on "Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop – Faculty and Staff."
Click "Install" to begin the installation process.
After installation, a new Adobe Creative Cloud shortcut will appear on the desktop. Open it and sign in with your CCRI email address.
Select "Company or School Account." If the only choice is "Personal Account," please contact IT support for account creation.
Enter your CCRI credentials on the SSO screen and authenticate via Duo if applicable.
Once the installation is complete and you see the message that the app is ready to use, exit out of Self Service.
Authenticate with Creative Cloud:
Open Creative Cloud and authenticate with your CCRI credentials and Duo if applicable.
Install Creative Cloud Apps:
You should now have various Creative Cloud programs available for download as shown below:
