Reset Password through Microsoft Self Service Password Reset Tool

Description: This article explains the steps to reset your student account password through Microsoft Self Service Password Reset Tool. 

How-to Steps:

1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://aka.ms/sspr or Click Here
2. Enter in your CCRI email address and fill out the Captcha, then click Next
   
    
3.  Select Enter in your Phone Number to send the text.
   
4.  Enter in the verification code sent to your Cell Phone
   
   

5.  Your new password must have at least 14 characters, and 2 of the following 3 complexity requirements:

• upper case and lower case letters
• numbers
• special character  "~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;'<>,.?/

After typing your new password in both areas click Finish.

7.  You have successfully changed your password using the Microsoft Self Service Password Reset Tool
