Note: Online appointments are conducted remotely. Confirmation emails for online appointments will include join information instead of a physical room location.
Section 2: Adding Appointments to Microsoft Calendar
- Head to your CCRI Outlook — this is where you will see your emails. Look for an email titled Confirmed: (Staff Name).
- Inside is the appointment information for the meeting you just scheduled. It is recommended to add the appointment to your Microsoft Calendar. The email comes with a handy attachment labeled booking.ics.

- Next to the attachment, click the down-facing arrow and select Add to Calendar.

- To verify the event has been added, head to the date you scheduled the appointment for in your Microsoft Calendar.

- If you click the calendar event, you will see details about the event.
Section 3: Rescheduling or Canceling Your Appointment
Sometimes a conflict will appear that interferes with your scheduled appointment. It is good practice to either reschedule or cancel the appointment so others can take that time slot.
- To reschedule or cancel, head to your CCRI Outlook.
- Open the confirmation email you received earlier and click Reschedule in the bottom right.

- On the page that opens, click either Reschedule or Cancel booking.
- If you click Reschedule, return to Section 1, Step 6.
- If you click Cancel booking, confirm the popup and then click OK.

- You will receive a confirmation email in either case.
- If you do not want to make another appointment, you can exit the tab.
- To make another appointment, return to Section 1.
