Projector not Displaying but the PC Monitor is Displaying

Description: The PC monitor is displaying an image, but the projector has a blue screen and/or reports “no signal.”

How-to Steps:

• Press the button labeled 1 on the KVM (labeled KVM) controller.
• Press the Win+P keys together on the keyboard.
• A pop-up window will appear, click "Duplicate".
• Make sure that the correct input is selected by pressing "Input" on the projector remote.
  • Sony Projectors:  Input-A is correct for most rooms.  NOTE: The Troubleshooting Guide affixed to the desk in the room will specify if it’s otherwise.
  • Epson Projectors:  Computer 1 is correct for most rooms.
