No Sound Coming out of the Classroom Speaker

Description: There is no sound from the computer speaker.

Note:

*This is for "Anchor" speaker system available in the classrooms that are standardized across the campuses

Check the following:

• Make sure the speaker’s power switch is ON, and that a red light is on above it.
  • If not, the power is unplugged.
• Set the speaker’s volume dial above the minimum.  (Recommend halfway up)
• Set the Windows volume high enough to be audible.
• Make sure the program producing the sound has its own volume set high enough.
• Check the audio cable.  It should be plugged into the "Line In" jack on the speaker, and into the lime green Audio Out jack on the back of the PC.
