Description: Why am getting "Can't find User Name" Error Message when I attempt to lookup my username?

There are several reasons why this might occur:

  • You may have typed your social security number or CCRI ID number incorrectly.
  • If you have just completed your application, NOTE: the application takes up to twenty-four hours to process.
  • Your Social Security number or date of birth on file with CCRI may be incorrect.

How-to Steps:

  • Try Again, making sure you are typing the correct CCRI ID number or Social Security number before clicking Lookup.
  • For new applications, please try the Username Lookup twenty-four hours after the completion of your application.
  • Please contact the Office of Enrollment Services at 401-825-2003 to verify that your Social Security number and date of birth on file are correct.
