How to Reset Your "Test Password"

Description: This article pertains to resetting your Test Environments password.

How-to Steps:

• Click on this link: https://test.ccri.edu/services/password_management/newPasswordReset
• Type your CCRI user name
• Click Next
• Select where you would like the reset code sent by selecting either Text Message or Email
• Supply the missing digits or letters 
• Click Send Reset Code
• Retrieve and type your code in the space
• Click Next
• You will now be able to create your new Test password.
